Larry Shultz - Bio

Larry Shultz is a seasoned entrepreneur with a long track record in product invention, development and marketing.

For the last ten years, Mr. Shultz, has sought the Holy Grail of energy – seeking out and trying to develop promising heat-to-electricity and tar sands bitumen-to-oil production technologies that can help America to become energy independent and create millions of high-paying jobs in the process.

In 2011 Mr. Shultz co-founded, wrote the business plan for and is senior partner in NanoEnergy Ventures, which owns exclusive worldwide rights to a proprietary low-cost Heat-to-Electricity technology that is expected to convert currently wasted heat energy in the industrial, residential and commercial sectors into usable electricity supplies at a cost less than current electric Utility rates.

• In 2012 NanoEnergyVentures entered into an agreement with a major University Engineering Facility to build next generation heat exchanger boilers and heat exchanger condensers that are one-third the size of current flat-plate and shell-and-tube heat exchanger technology, enabling refrigerant based Rankine Bottom Cycle waste-heat recovery systems to be deployed in factory boilers, furnaces and power plants at lower more viable cost and with a significantly smaller footprint that will make this heat exchanger breakthrough attractive to industrial customers worldwide.

• Using this breakthrough heat exchanger as the key component for enabling a lower-cost but more efficient energy system, Shultz invented the unique combination of solar heated water as an energy source in the daytime plus natural gas-heated hot water at night to generate electricity 24/7 off the electric grid with a new patent-pending hybrid solar+natural gas-to-electricity system that can be installed and operated in ratepayer homes and commercial buildings by local Gas Utilities upselling “electric services” to their existing customer base.

In 2011 Mr. Shultz wrote the business plan for and assisted UOR in licensing its water-less bitumen-extraction technology (see http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YO0B3hg4mPU) to various tar sands and oil shale property owners in the USA and overseas.

• In 2012, as a result of introductions by Mr. Shultz, UOR successfully negotiated licensing agreements with two separate customers for its tar sands extraction technology, including a major tar sands property owner in Utah and a major European oil company with tar sands interests in Africa. Both customers were attracted to the UOR technology because it uses no water and was verified by these customers and their independent laboratories to remove >99.9% of the bitumen and other hydrocarbons from their tar sand samples.

In the mid-1990’s, Mr. Shultz served as CEO of AirBelt Systems LLC, developer of the “IntelliFlowtm” AirBag Inflator, the only air bag technology to pass both stringent new infant as well as adult air bag tests by the National Highway Transportation and Safety Administration. In 1997 Mr. Shultz and Airbelt signed an exclusive licensing agreement with TRW, a major air bag manufacturer for manufacturing and marketing of the IntelliFlow airbag system. http://www.theautochannel.com/news/press/date/19970909/press006075.html

Prior to AirBelt Systems, Mr. Shultz was Senior Vice President, Audio and Video technologies, and a Director of Aura Systems, Inc., a public company, from 1990-1994, where he was in charge of developing and manufacturing a number of technologies and products (many of his own creation, including the award-winning Aurasound loudspeakers (see link: http://www.aurasound.com/), bass-shakers and Interactor video-game accessory ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0NSHASDuD_A,

In addition to investing in and developing new technologies and businesses, Mr. Shultz continues to be active in the entertainment industry.

• Currently Larry Shultz Productions has purchased the book, documentary, movie and TV rights to the Historical Drama – the Greatest Story Never Told – about the Roman Emperor “Constantine the Great.” (see: www.com)

• From 1996-2000, Mr. Shultz was partnered with comic book icon, Stan Lee (creator of the Spider-Man, X-Men , Iron Man, Hulk and Fantastic Four entertainment franchises) in Lee-Shultz Productions, for which Mr. Shultz wrote a number of stories, screenplays and a novel (“The Guardians”) which were optioned and put into development as movies and TV series by such Hollywood studios and TV networks as Warner Brothers, 20th Century Fox, Imagine Entertainment, NBC and CBS.

Venezia per me

Venezia per me: casa. Rido e vado e barca. Comunque è parte di me. Fate come me. Amate Venezia. Tornateci. E portateci i vostri figli. Vivetela, con i ricordi. E tornandoci. Perchè oggi, nelle cose che mai pensereste, è i ricordi di domani.

Giussepe Mongiello and Ernst and Young

The commitment to the agreement is a written agreement in which both sides of the contract goods and / or services. One party offers a product or service, the other party receives and pays for it. Exactly who, what, when, where and why of all that is left to the parties. It does not sound very vague, in fact, guidelines and rules as well. But the commitment to the agreement is very creature party planning.

Giussepe Mongiello can be excused for believing that a working agreement is essentially a contract of employment. In fact, in certain circumstances, there is virtually no difference between the two types of contracts. For example, if a company signs an agreement to work with a person, for example, General Motors is committed Ms. Jones as vice president for marketing, then this provision is virtually identical to the GM has hired Ms. Jones through a contract of employment. In both cases, and in both documents, Ms. Jones worked for GM, is compensated by GM, and probably receive a number of advantages own actions, choices, health care coverage, severance pay, relocation fees may . In addition, both agreements will be subject to a term of employment, the provisions for termination of the parties, rather than competition and / or non-solicitation clauses. Moreover, in both cases, Ms. Jones will probably be authorized to sign documents on behalf of GM, the binder. Ms.

Giussepe Mongiello is not a self-employed, but rather, an employee, all benefits and all liabilities assigned to this position. Thus, in this scenario, Ms. Jones working on GM, there are no agreements, individual commitment, as a class, I remember, from employment contracts.

Consider another scenario, however, shows that the employment contracts in another, perhaps more familiar light. In this scenario. GM signs agreement with Ernst & Young for the latter to provide accounting services to the former in this case seems to Ernst & Young as GM, but as an independent contractor. Ernst & Young receives compensation for its services for GM (and probably recover its costs, too), but the staff of Ernst & Young did not receive the same benefits, health care, 401K, severance, and so the GM, who makes regular GM employees, like Ms. Jones. Although Ernst & Young may have the ability to act on behalf of GM, its agent, or be. GM would have to give this right to Ernst & Young, GM's mere participation does not confer that right. At the same time, work agreements Ulla

In the latter scenario with Ernst & Young, perhaps the defining feature is the independent contractor status of the lot to be recruited. Generally, this party will be asked to perform a service as a regular employee can not and will not at this level. This service can be anything from legal and accounting services to arts and entertainment for them.
